YSR chopper found on top of hill 10 km from Atmakur
The Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopters have traced the helicopter in which Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy was travelling. An Air Force official stated on Thursday morning that the chopper has been traced in a dense forest.The helicopter has been located and on top of a hill. The chopper is located at a distance of 40 nautical miles east of Kurnool.The IAF helicopters are circling the area and looking for a place to land. But, the chopper is on top of a hill in a jungle which makes difficult for them to land.When asked if the CM’s chopper had crashed, he refused to comment and said he doesn’t have enough information yet on the state of the chopper.The para commandos are expected to land on the difficult terrain on top of the hill to find the real reason and to find whether there are any survivors.
