Nissan is all set to take on the monopoly of Maruti Suzuki in India’s small car segment with all new Micra.

This model has a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine which will produce only 115g/km of CO2 emissions. This new car is slightly longer and marginally lower, while its longer wheelbase enables a ‘wheels-at-each-corner’ stance, the main reason behind its roomier interior.

Nissan Mirca, which is a joint venture with Renault, will be priced between Rs 400,000 and Rs 500,000.

The A-segment car with five doors will be launched both in petrol and diesel variants.

Developed on V-Platform, Micra boasts of trendy design, good performance and affordable price.
