Design:
The phone is amazing in looks. It looks superb and really stylish in silver color.
Interface:
The interface is good, menu style, menu design, font, etc are also fine. The way in which options menu pops up is really cool.
Camera:
Guys this is just a chinese phone, manufactured actually by lenovo. Lava has just changed the brand name, actual phone is lenovo P50. The company is making you fool, as says its 3.2MP, but i’ve checked it, its VGA, giving a resolution of 640×480 only! I was really depressed with this. So be careful before purchasing this mobile phone.
On various websites, i’ve seen reviews which show it gives a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels, i believe it is false, as i was not able to get that.
Sound:
No 3.5mm audio jack, but the sound is okay types. Not that loud, but works! No inbuilt radio, which is quite common now-a-days in chinese phones.
Other features:
A9 comprises several other features like bluetooth, privacy settings, etc which is fine.
Battery backup:
Dealers say 3 days, but this phone can go on for 1.5-2 days, when used normally. If you use the camera too often, and listen to music a lot, it would last not more than 1 day! But that is fine, as we see, even boasting companies like nokia, needs to be charged almost everyday after 2-3 months of usage.
Price:
Its available for Rs. 4800/- in Rajasthan, so might be even lesser in other major cities of the country.
is it cmera only 1.3 maga pixel because i read some comments from other user who are using it because i want buy a dual sim mobile phone with 3 or above mega pixel camera kindly suggest me which one is the best mobile of dual sim with nice video qwality

I will suggest everyone to not to buy lava mobile phole, its network singal strength is very low and battery backup is worst.
Fully faltoo mobile. Go for branded mobile. All the local mobiles mushrooming in the market have chinese equips. After one or two months it will start giving trouble. I have bitter experience.The call management is very bad except multimedia.
Hi Guys, I would say for the people who are thinking for Lave A9, rather than can go for Lava B5, I have been using this phone for almost 6 months, its one the best in the brand. i purchased this phone at Rs. 3200 in Bangalore. Its one of the best phone. Camera they say as 2MP, its ok, but sound clarity is just like Dolby Digital. It contains dual speakers. Battery back up is close to 3 days, as i will be on phone atleast for 4 hours in a day. So you can imagine how the battery back up is.
Nimbuzz & Opera are in-built softwares and has great connectivity.
