‘Dabangg’ attempts to bring the involvement of police in the unlawful practices followed in UP and Bihar into the limelight. As per the latest developments, Salim Khan (father of Arbaaz, Salman and Sohail) would be distributing the film in CI and Rajasthan territories. This is not all as producer Arbaaz himself would distribute the film in Delhi, UP and East Punjab – some of the most lucrative territories that the country has after Mumbai.

Most importantly, it has Salman like never before. Breathing fire and venom, Chulbul Pandey aka Robinhood Pandey taps Salman’s star power like no film has and the result is sheer magic. In fact, DABANGG stands on three pillars – Salman’s star power, smashing stunts and super music.

Music of the film is already hit with the numbers like Tere mast mast do nain and the item number Munni badnam hui, picturized on Malaika Arora.

Salman has explicit dialogue delivery, perfect comic time and unusual dance steps in Dabangg which is the treat to the eye. If “Wanted” was a hit, “Dabanng” is going to be a super-hit as it has got every ingredient of a masala movie in correct quantity and would give you a complete paisa vasool entertainment.

On the whole, DABANGG is a full on entertainer with three aces – Salman Khan like never before, stylish action and super music. It’s a foregone conclusion that DABANGG will open huge. As far as the business prospects are concerned, the film will set new benchmarks, so much so that DABANGG will be one of the yardsticks to gauge the level of business in times to come. Sure to fetch an earth-shattering opening, the film will create a pandemonium at the box-office, cementing the status of Salman Khan as the darling of the masses and making the distributors laugh all the way to the bank.
